RETURN, EXCHANGE and REFUND POLICY

Shipping of Products

Products are shipped based on their actual availability. If there is new packaging, products will be randomly shipped out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Discrepancy in Delivered Product

If there is any discrepancy in the products delivered, customers must notify Customer Service via email (customer-care@everynutra.com) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

 

Returns and Refunds

  1. Goods returned are refunded at the order price.
  2. Provide a reason for return (e.g., wrong/damaged/expired product, missing item).
  3. We inspect returns; approved refunds take 30 days.
  4. Return items must be in original condition, unopened, unused, and complete.
  5. Return via courier within 2 working days upon confirmation. Shipping fees are customer’s responsibility unless specified otherwise.

Exchange of Product

Exchange, Return/Refund of products can be arranged for the following reasons:

  1. Product is damaged or defective
  2. Product / products delivered is different from the product description upon ordering
  3. Product delivered is short expiry (less than 6 months) or expired.
  4. Missing part or item from the order.

Products can only be exchanged for the same product, from the same brand, and in the same quantity and volume size.

 

Non-Applicable Conditions for Exchange/Return/Refund

  1. Personal hygiene products (e.g., face masks, grooming products, eye drops, etc.).
  2. Items that do not fit (wearable items such as face masks, gloves, etc.).
  3. Change of mind.
  4. Free gifts or premium items.
  5. Glucometer test strips.
  6. Promotion/sale items and purchases made with discount coupons.

 

Refund Methods

If replacement or exchange of products is not available, customers may request a refund via bank transfer.

everyNutra is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred due to delays in the financial institution processing the refund.

 

Order Cancellation

everyNutra reserves the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable for any reason. Shoppers will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded to the shopper’s bank account, depending on the financial institution’s refund processing time.

Shoppers are not allowed to cancel orders once an order confirmation email is issued and/or the parcel has been collected by a courier rider.

 

Gifts with Purchase (GWP) / Free Gift

We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for any gift with purchase.
